I can't place this one. I was thinking it might actually be Quebec City, maybe St-Jean or St-Joseph, but that distinctive building with the arch isn't showing up in any of my searches.
I believe it is on rue St-Jean, looking north-east from Honoré-Mercier. I think the building at the end of the street is the Théâtre Capitole.
