Great picture. It's hard to conceptualize how powerful a well lit up Vista will look in that same view upon completion.

It's very off topic but the story behind the Blue Cross Blue Shield building is an incredible one. i.e. building half of the building, waiting then constructing the second half on top. It's a shame they didn't plan for a third phase. Also they do a great job with their lighting displays.

Ehhh, it's a residential tower. It'll never be very well lit up, so don't expect a massive change in how it'll look. If anything it'll be much less lit up than it is now at night.

Not to go OT but I know there was concern about the height of GEMS. It looks like from that angle at least that the core reaches the top of the party wall at The Coast.

Great shot!

Tremendous pictures BVictor. Very well done, picture #6 is a vantage point I haven't seen very often. That might be one of the better shots I've seen to date. Please utilize it as often as possible!

I agree. I love how NEMA looks like its perched on Vista's shoulder, like a parrot on a concrete pirate.

It appears that the transfer floor has been reached and that the current "top floor" is for the final 23+ single segment portion of the building. correct?

According to RedFin, there's 175 pending sales at Vista now. In early June they were around 160 or 162, so they've probably sold somewhere between 12 and 15 since then. They need 28 sales to reach the half way mark.

Was there an explanation for why they flipped this building on the site (from the waaay outdated rendering at the top of the page)?

You know, I noticed that too ages ago but just said screw it. As long as they build this I don't care which way it's oriented. That's a great question though.
