That must suck for residents having to wear hard hats all the time. How do you shower?

Don't act like you don't know people move into towers from the ground floor up following a tall buildings completion. Hell, right now these people aren't even paying down their mortgages until the building is registered which is still months away until construction is completed on the upper levels. And you know as well as the next person this building has safety scaffolding up so people can get around with ought the need for a hard hat. If they choose to shower wearing one, well then all the power to them.

This is how it has always been done. Where were you for the hundreds of other buildings over the many years moved to completed before the condo was registered? The condo tower (not including the retail which is a separate project) has advanced to the point that it will remain operational even if all construction ceased today. Oh wait, you bitched about the L Tower crane too when the building was fully registered.

For the umpteenth time, the retail is a separate project. Unfinished balconies/amenities haven't stopped buildings from registering before.

The hard hat thing was just another bad joke. The tower would be in the contractor's hands instead of the developers if the whole thing was an active construction site. Any supervisor will make you wear a hard hat even if it's 110% complete where you're standing.

There hasn't even been a shoring rig delivered to CIBC Square. It's on the list. The world will now end in 7 days. Thanks Enrique8
