October Construction Update
I was lazy this weekend when taking pictures because traffic was a mess and there was just too much going on to feel like taking pictures of "soon-to-be" developments. Anyway, check out these updates on current projects.

What We Have to Look Forward to Within a Couple Months
1) 77 12th breaking ground hopefully this month...it's a go
2) Novare's Skyhouse project securing financing and breaking ground by Q2 2012
3) Buckhead Atlanta cranes moving once again (the cranes say Oliver MacMillan now...progress!!)
4) Emory's new 250 bed, $95M hospital tower breaking ground by Q2 2012
5) CDC is apparently going to put up another 8-story tower on Clifton
6) Pharr Rd luxury condo project "rising" soon
7) Buckhead Village improvements
- Planning for Peachtree/Roswell/Paces Ferry intersection well underway, and people have brought up idea to go underground!
- Planning for Buckhead Village underway (masterplan)...talk of "Dupont Village" like plan, whatever that means
8) Full renovation of Westin Peachtree
9) Full renovation of Melia Hotel
10) Continued improvements at Atlantic Station
11) Ponce City Market going full steam ahead within the month
12) STK Steak opening within a month and half at 1075 Peachtree
13) Cucina Asellina to open this month next door to above
14) Bobby Berk to open within a month or two across from escorpion on Peachtree
15) Atlanta E-W downtown streetcar to break ground within a few months...it was supposed to happen already
Basically...by June of next year, construction updates could be very exciting!
