I guess they at least have a dry interior to work with. I think we'll be lucky if we see it open by April.

Looks like some guys were on the roof sealing the roof with more membrane. Maybe they'll install the roof soon.

They've been at it for a while.
Looks like they're adding another layer of membrane, at least around the edge.

I think it's just temporary to hide what they are doing inside.
They look opaque.

Looks great but love the new 3D letters on the exterior. Guess that's the first update to the TD signage since the building was constructed.

I'm not sure.
But the "D" in the old sign was the TD "D" with the gap.
The new "D" looks like a regular D.
The old silver canopies shown in the pic below were not original (1990s or 2000s (?)), so the sign could have been replaced when they were installed.

I think the covers on the glass at Apple are just temp to hide the inside as well, they looked fully opaque. I can't see them being permanent

Thanks - I thought I recalled the sign without logos.
They also removed 'bank'.
That pic is of the alcove facing the plaza that was filled in.

What an eye sore!

Doubt this would look any better even with the paper removed from the glass. Also surprised this structure is taking forever to complete.
