Are those steel beams I see laying on the South side of the core? It looks like they're cleaning up that corner too.

Those have been there for some time i think. I believe it's just rebar, likely for the core.

Looks like the balconies on the north side of the tower have been cut.

Beautiful!

I guess there’s no fun for the future balcony owners on that side to stare at 360 main

Does that mean that space is no longer a grocery store? I guess if they couldn't get a grocer in there, a fitness centre is a nice second place as it is an amenity that some would consider when looking to move

It’s nice to see that except the floor change and balcony change many things remain the same as what the render provides

Maybe there will still be north-facing balconies, but only on the upper floors? Hard to tell here.

I think the north wall looks cleaner without balconies.

Oh it definitely looks nice. Just conjecture here, but I am wondering if they are planning on having the first few floors of north-facing apartments as lower-proved units? Perhaps some folks might get (relatively) economical apartments at that address if they end up looking out at the roof of Goodlife fitness?

I kind of wish they kept the middle structure there multi-storied. Can imagine in 10-15 years it could be filled quite easily. Overall though quite happy.

The initial rendering with the generic "The Market"- never noticed how the 2nd 3rd and 4th floors (the little top section) of it seemed like abnormally thin lol. Could have been a cool office for a tech company or something but just seems like its maybe only ~40 ft deep from the rendering.

I just noticed that too. Maybe something they were considering if the drawing generated enough interest?

Just noticed that today as well. Seems like the market was intended for the first floor where GoodLife is, and the upper floors were hoping for retail – it looks like clothing stores in the render.

The main floor of the building is now looking very.... black. I really hope the wood wasn't dropped altogether, and the tower has blue glass like 360, because if not – it's going to look very dark and monolithic. And so far the black parts of 360 look terrible, you can see all the dirt and rain residue all over it. It's bad.

I also would really like to see the planters taken out and the sidewalk widened. It's so cramped there with the bus stop.

I hope it’s not the exact same glass finish as 360, it’s too dark, the glass on the new River Landings office building in Saskatoon is nice, really shiny and reflective I hope for something similar but won’t hold my breath. So far I’m not liking the downgrades from the initial renders.

I noticed that the top beams on the pergolas aren't connected to the building anymore compared to the earlier renders. It looks a bit odd.

Ok, looks like they never were. I guess it's just the angle of perception.

Surprised there isn't a giant Winnipeg Square sign there, as the entrance to 330 Main will likely be the most prominent/grand entrance to the mall now.
