I could see the shorter tower crane coming down within the next couple months. Shouldn't be much more work for it.

I wonder if they will just move that one over to the hotel/condo phase 2 development.

How many more floors for the second tower are left. To me it looks like it’s getting up there.

Assuming the diagrams are correct, it seems like it should have another 12 to go. Of course, I don't read a lot of the posts here so I could be wrong.

Edit: The diagrams say it's 24, not the 27 I erroneously recalled. I count 16 floors completed so the math says there's 8 but as stated below, the thread title indicates 9 left.

Looks like 25 floors from the title thread. Another 7 to go.

Damn you Jabroni, I was in Atlanta for the weekend and I just couldn't get it done.

Point you!

Hey guys. I have lost track of the True North project, hoping someone can help me out.
According to the diagram data the U/C 24 storey will be mixed use. What is the mixed use breakdown? Is the 27 storey Sutton Place hotel a sure thing or a wait and see? Was there a 4th tower in this cluster? Thanks

As far as we know, yes the Sutton place hotel and condo thing is still happening. They're in design phase now IIRC.

Current renders. For what it's worth, the two towers U/C look exactly like the renders, down to very small details.

It’s hard to tell from photos, Is that the final finish for the podium?

Plus a finial would be at the top, not the bottom.

I was browsing the website today and noticed the renders show steel construction. I wonder if that was just a render thing or if they actually looked at steel construction.

Gotta say, I of course am happy to have Sutton Place on the site, but not the biggest fan of the design.

Makes sense... potential savings. Good for them if they managed to make the budget work with concrete.
