I agree, just want One Bloor clad, and then booted off the list

Got a lot more newer and taller projects set to start.

More excited about that.

Same, I look forward to seeing it when it's 100% complete , tenants have moved into the retail and the scaffolding has all come down.

I must say, One Bloor is looking very nice now that it is almost finished.

I guess there is a lot of work going on in the interior of the building but progress on the exterior certainly seems surprisingly slow. It would be pleasant to be able to transfer attention just across Yonge St.!

I'm with you. It's not bad, but the architecture of it is just wavy, wraparound balconies, and the longer they take with the balcony glass installation, the more it's seems like they're rubbing that in. I'll be happy when it's open though, and that corner is no longer a construction zone.

By the time it finishes... One Bloor West begins.

If it hadn't already.

BTW: I was gonna take a picture of One Bloor East today, balconies moving faster. Thought of your comments and said forget it. Lol!

Massey Tower Construction

208 meters

Another week or two, Manulife Queen Tower will be blocked from this view.

I guess I'm the only one who finds One Bloor disappoingting. I like the base, but I really dislike the balconies glass. It's dull. It looks like there is a a protective membrane on the glass that awaits to be taken off.

They have a plastic look to them. I've heard even rumours the curved panels are acrylic. They don't look unfinished (such as a membrane awaiting to be peeled off)

Some unfinished balcony glass or the separately owned retail space isn't going to keep One Bloor on the list. It's probably already pass due to come off. I'm too lazy to investigate.

Well people have moved in, so maybe its time to take it off the list.

I'll post updates in the general skyscraper thread.

Also, probably just a matter of time, we will have a new entry to replace One Bloor.

81 Bay is in rapid site prep, not too much longer before the excavators get there.
