Relevé in Ottawa. The first two towers look just like the renderings (though from up close, some panels are a little off). The second tower is the fourth tallest downtown. The third tower will be the tallest by 6 meters.

From thenewguy on Skyrise.

it's not saying much, but these are probably the nicest towers in Ottawa and they're still mostly covered in the tabletop. Pretty decent looking.

Parkland at the Common in Central Halifax is putting in it's final floor. There are other angles available on my site;

When was the last time Halifax was multiple posts in a row in the Canada section?

Anyhow ... I like this angle of WYSE TOWER - 29 FLOORS because it shows just how snug this building is to Macdonald Bridge.

PS If you ever find yourself in Dartmouth aim for the yellow sign. Trust me when I say I put my money where my mouth is.

I like that last one. The actual photograph looks better than the rendering.

Union Station Enhancement Project.

https://www.metrolinx.com/en/project...cement-project

Metrolinx is building new dedicated platforms for the Lakeshore lines which will enable 45mph speeds in and out and have an actual, modern width platform enabling passengers to disembark and board much quicker than currently.

Should shave a few minutes off travel times for Lakeshore line customers once complete and enable more frequent service on the lines.

So after a decade or more of redevelopment that impacted commuters almost every day, they are slapping a couple open air platforms on the south side or Union Station. Yep, that's Toronto.

At least this time it doesn't involve squeezing the horde through a single-file opening.

That's a good thing. The point was on design. A "world class" train station GTA commuters bled over for many, many years with two tacked on platforms.

ONE 77 - 32 FLOORS

We're still waiting on installation of the iconic balconies on Halifax's new tallest building.

Looks great - but I’m confused.. aren’t those the balconies? Or do you mean the railings/glass still needs to be installed?

^Yep the glass railings for the balconies. Sorry long week at work so my brain is fried.

One77.ca

The balcony railings will mimic the appearance of ocean waves.

Is a slab a balcony? I think not. It takes a slab and a railing to be a balcony.

A high quality wavy balcony point tower on a boring ass afterthought podium.

Where is the sidewalk? At street level or on top of the wall?
