I've lost count how many proposals and revisions they've had for this one there are so many.

No idea what this one is for, I'd be surprised if they are going too much bigger. Might be to do with reducing parking provision based off the latest no parking directives from the Prov.

Crombie 2023 Annual Report

They mentioned tendering the project in 2025 if they get the project approved this year.

Only other medium term project is the Lynn Valley Safeway site. 3410 Kingsway/Tyne is going through "concept planning to support a policy inquiry submission"
