Thanks for the pictures.

The surrounding area by the tower is just screaming for some up-zoning if it hasn't already been done.

Pretty cool angles that involve progress made on The Holland, One Central, University District and Belvedere as well. Thanks for the updates.

I'd guess we see townhouse rows and <10 storey apartments east of the development on 98th Ave at some point.

Nice render of the towers from the sales website. Liking the shot of the Loughheed Town Centre and Burquitlam developments in the distance.

It is interesting to see some large homes adjacent to the Lot. I understand that the whole block would be eventually rezoned into mid rise and low rise apartments.

^Thats a great aerial photo, thanks for sharing. Seems to have been taken fairly recently as well. Goes to show just how much more infill downtown Surrey still needs. The King George and Surrey Central nodes aren't even connected yet though this development and Central city 2 will help in that regard.
