Considering that you seem to want the information for your commercial website, which appears to be used for selling real estate, I would probably call that reading "research" or "due diligence" rather than leisure. Trying to pawn that work off on others so they can provide their valuable time for free to help you make a profit seems just a bit, well...lazy.

Now, if you had a question about a specific property and wanted to see if anyone's heard anything about it since the last update on this site, that would be something else (since it seems sometimes like people find out information but forget/don't post it until someone asks), but you'd still want to go back and find that most recent update to use as a reference when you asked about that property. Cheers!

I'd work on your website design, Stephen, before you tackle actually adding additional content. No hurry, do it in your leisure.

Just reading back on this post, it does seem like I'm ordering people around to work for me. I didn't mean.. "Do this work for me, while I benefit lots of money and business.." I was just wondering what projects are currently under construction. Wasn't there a dude on here regularly updating people on projects? Anyway...

So please disregard, I will take the time to read through this very interesting thread and educate myself.

On another note, Tempe Development rocks! There are so many cool projects happening! I had a chance to check out the HUB today and take some pictures... Man, let me tell you... those kids are going to be living in luxury!

Damn guys. Chill out. I don't think savphili meant any harm. Just asking if anyone had a list. Not directing anyone to do it for him. Poor guy lol.

Also I think The Hub is going to be a very nice place & the amenities are going to beat any other apartment building in Tempe. Only a couple of complaints I have with the place. 1, I believe the floor plans are VERY dorm like (with hallways and such). 2, I do not understand how they can name a penthouse as 4 bedrooms at 1700 SF. W6's is 2,600 SF 2 bedroom & at a similar price. 3, they failed on the exterior portion of the building. I remember looking at original renderings they made it seem all glass like W6 which I thought was going to look beautiful. Apparently they scaled back to save a little money & went with a green/black exterior with maybe 40% of it covered by windows. A little disappointed. Still a very strong & most-likely successful project!

Speaking of W6, the top penthouse on both towers is nearly 8,000 SF, 4 bed, 4.5 bath (this does not include balcony space) . It includes an infinity pool/jacuzzi that is raised 5 ft above the ground & all glass. Pretty awesome. Very large place. 3 businessmen live in tower 1 & VP of ACN lives in tower 2. Rent is $8500 per month! Ha

TAZ4ate0 I think there are a lot of areas around apache that I don't visit often. Also campus (such as the new Business building). Those would be some cool photos to see. Thanks for taking the time to take these photos.

I'm looking forward to getting some pics of the new stuff around campus, and the new WP Carey building is on my list.

Yup that's The Hub on Campus. I was going to take a photo from that vantage point but there were some characters shouting over by Tempe Metro station shouting at me. Anyone else having difficulties viewing my photos?

I had been able to see them when they first posted, but they seem to not be showing now (on 2 different computers/networks and 2 different browsers). Very strange. They looked great when I saw them initially though!

Now everyone sees what I'm saying. Its a fail on the exterior portion of this building. It basically showing that they didn't have enough money to do all glass or something other than cheap stucco-plaster board material. Very annoying.

Tho that's what it's supposed to look like on their webpage, unless they surreptitiously updated the renderings.

That and they've been promoting it to death on campus. A bit of a surprise considering the rep Core Campus had with The Vue (922 Place).

That and it also has a lot of retail spaces, which should help bridge the connection between Mill to College.

It is quite ugly, but it is a dense urban project, with a potential second phase. I'd much rather see tall projects with a lot of retail space, instead of squatty ugly projects like the District which add very little to the urban landscape.
