^ very nice, miguel. that first shot is wonderful. the light on the building and quality of the photo makes aqua seem like it is made of gelatin

I forget about that angle. So it's not that isolated. Once it doubles in height, it's going to be quite visible to all the Mich Ave pedestrian traffic. And the balcony effect will be more and more noticeable.

Per the bid specs that I read from the window installer, the handrails are supposed to be glass. I don't know if that means they will all be glass, but they should be at least partially.
