Settlement offer headed to council this month: height has grown from 52 storeys to 54 storeys (283 metres) and building width has been decreased from 91.5m to 87m. The zero setback from Lower Simcoe Street is now a 4m setback. The applicant will kick in $4.5 million in Section 37 community benefits (incl. contributions to off-site affordable housing, public art, public realm etc.).
