Yeah, its gonna stick out like a sore thumb.

Not that that's a bad thing. Kinda cool actually, because eventually more towers join the mix.

Apparently in presales.

Won't say anything more, otherwise WS gets upset. - but the businesses with the exception of the government office/pool hall, all closed up.

I prefer one taller tower over two. AFAIK, city staff want it too. The design is interesting although more respect should be given to the heritage retail buildings. Cresford has the connections to pull it off. The only question is will they.

Massey, the new King of Yonge.

Takes its place in the skyline.

Am I the only person that is over One Bloor? I've seen it top out and slowly clad for what seems a life time.

Same, I look forward to seeing it when it's 100% complete , tenants have moved into the retail and the scaffolding has all come down.

I'm with you. It's not bad, but the architecture of it is just wavy, wraparound balconies, and the longer they take with the balcony glass installation, the more it's seems like they're rubbing that in. I'll be happy when it's open though, and that corner is no longer a construction zone.

I agree, just want One Bloor clad, and then booted off the list

Got a lot more newer and taller projects set to start.

More excited about that.
