It is nice to still be able to see Frost in some views. I always love that view up Riverside.

Great pictures Urbannizer and Gillynova! Only just got around to seeing them, as the last two times I checked the forum it was down.

Hopefully, whatever eventually gets built on the post office block will hide it.

I was thinking the same thing. I gotta say, though, I'm not loving the view of the Indeed Tower going away. It's turned out to be one of my favorites from any construction cycle.

This view will drastically change when the expansion of i35 South goes up. Wonder if it will block the view

Not the best at Geoguessr but tried my hand at finding this. Tricky to hunt down because the subdivision isn't on Google street view or satellite maps yet. 99% sure this shot was taken from Comano Drive (Incorrectly labeled as Bella Fortuna Drive on Google Maps) in the Cloverleaf neighborhood, probably at the intersection with Raphael Cove.

I was driving back from the Salt Lick and could see the skyline, I believe, 22 miles out. It's also amazing how much of the skyline you can see from O Henry and even the Tarrytown Texaco.

Wow, right on the dot with the street! Yeah, this was taken on Comano Drive in South Austin. One of my friends is looking to buy a house there so I went to check it out and was AMAZED by the view on top of the road

Oh, wow. Holy cow, that's only about a mile south of my brother's neighborhood. Might have to take a bike over there and us take ride to go see it. That's not too far from the Turnersville Road skyline view, which is just inside of Hays County.

These pics are all awesome, and gotta say I feel like we've turned a corner in terms of our skyline. We're suddenly playing in the Minneapolis league of city skylines. Big deal for a city like ours!

I would say, as far as the number of buildings and the height, Minneapolis and Charlotte are probably the best comparisons. Only difference is Austin has three separate tower-sections due to the Capitol View Corridor, so the skyline appears more spread out (like Atlanta).

I do like how the skyline is even bigger if you include West Campus. Flying in from North to South to the airport or vice versa leaving makes it look HUGE

Do you have a link to this view. I must have a different, older link as my camera view is so zoomed in you really do see the whole project. I tried to see if I could adjust the zoom but my picture does not allow me to.

The Modern webcam occasionally zooms out for the complete Rainey view. But it's usually zoomed in on the Modern. You just have to catch it at the right time.
