Can't see there being two Hyatt Regency's in Downtown, and Park Hyatt's are very exclusive and smaller properties. Didn't see anything mentioned about which specific brands either have proposed, but those are my guesses. Conrad for Hilton and Grand Hyatt. I'm hoping the GWCC Authority accepts nothing less than a top tier brand for this premier property. Great to hear that both flags are fighting for this business. Makes it feel like a big deal. Because it is. Atlanta's next 1,000 room hotel, sandwiched between the ever expanding GWCC and the MBS.
