Decent day yesterday. Cool at 8c.

I was in the Chinatown/Downtown Eastside area, and walked to Waterfront to catch the train.

Were you on Georgia yesterday taking photos? I noticed someone across from Deloitte Summit and for some reason you popped in my mind.

14C and cloudy. Rain late in the afternoon.

Low of 6C last night.

The warmspot was St-Anicet, QC at 19.3C. The rain stopped the climb at around 1PM. Had the rain held off for 1 or 2 more hours, the region would have been 20C+.

Warmest low was Cumshewa Island, BC at 9.6C.

I am going away for the next week to some place with 23-24C lows...
Whoever wants to take over the warmspot, feel free to do so.

It was a rainy and dark day out yesterday in the GTA. We hit 14C, though it felt cooler with the weather. (due to the oncoming rain storm, the sky was quite dark and a lot of street lights were on as a result, even in midday)

I went for a walk to the local big Loblaws near me, which takes about an hour to get to and back, with the rain starting just before I entered it. I was fairly soaked by the time I got home, due to my rain-resistant coat.

Nearly there...

I took these as I left Loblaws, in a spitting rain. The geese were gandering about by the parking lot access.

I always like coming here, just because of the big selection, but maybe not today with the rain.

The apartments around here are generic, but at least they aren't SFH.

This is the nicest Little Free Library I've seen in the neighbourhood. There's one close to me, but not even in the same league as this. Quite a nice house too behind it.

^ I didn't make it out that way.

I've noticed quite a few people on the street with proper cameras these days. I'm not sure if they're all tourists or just doing street-style photography like me.

At 10 am we're at 8.2 on Bedford Basin under a sunny sky and heading towards a high of 11 or so which would be about 4 above normal. Our low was 1.9 at 10 pm last evening. We'll enjoy three double digit days in a row with two of them being sunny and the third having a EC rainfall warning issued. Then temps fall to well below normal for a few days.

Yesterday was a bit chillier than we have been used to, overcast and 4c. Right now its a frosty -1c on its way to sunshine and 3c. Should start warming up tomorrow through teh weekend.

Heres a chilly shot from the summit of the Okanagan Connector, while the top of the mountain passes are full on winter, we havent had any snow flakes on the valley bottoms yet.

Man, I'm not looking forward to driving over the Coquihalla in a month's time. It's always a gamble in the winter.

It was a chilly 2c this morning in East Vancouver.

Kinda random, there was a night market up in Wallaceburg this evening. They got lucky with the weather, it's still a mild 13.7 at almost 9pm.

Man when I got back to Edmonton and it was 4 °C, that felt nice. Probably got warmer there during the day but I got into the city at 7 pm so, what can you do. I left Kearl Lake and it was -5 °C and it was -15 °C in the morning.

I got about 45 seconds of sun this morning. It’s been my first taste in a long time.

We’re basically getting a monsoon this weekend.

A beautiful sunny morning in Halifax. We're sitting at 4.4 at 9 am. Our low on the basin was 0.5 at 7 am. Yesterday's high was 10.8 in sunshine. Today's forecast high is 11 with the sunshine continuing for the day. Tomorrow is another story with highs in the low teens but heavy (at times) rain... that same 'monsoon' SHH mentioned. Sunday starts a run of below normal highs and near normal lows.

Last evening...

+6C and sunny in Moncton at 10 AM, going up to +10 this afternoon. A lovely day.

Lots of rain tomorrow (although not as monsoonal as down in NS), and even warmer with a high of about +15C.

Below normal temperatures however for the next week following......

Maybe you have a creative filter setting on the phone that you need to reset. It looks like the oil painting effect, or maybe that's the setting you have on your import software?

Thanks for the tip Zoomer! I'll check that out.

It's raining and windy in Halifax this afternoon. Our high was 14.9 on Bedford Basin at 11 am but temps are on the way down sitting at 13.4 at 2 pm. It's a good day to stay inside.
