I think it would look better if they used brick similar to the old structure for the parking podium.

Really wish we'd put more thought and budget into these parking garage screens since these parking podiums are so ubiquitous now and they are the closest major building element to pedestrian interaction. Zaza hotel did a good job most recently that I can think of. Tired of this scale-less blank screen junk

Want to see the completed facade before I pass judgement, but so far this seems like it was better in the renderings than real life.

what is the point of the design commission if they don't uphold some kind of standard?

Question. Should it be ugly ugly ugly or ugly-ugly-ugly?

Why multiply entities when one wonderful word, specially designed for such occasions, will suffice? Fugly it is.

I think it’s OK, there’s worse out there.

Fugly for sure! It's not great to see shadows and warping on paneling BEFORE a project is complete. Imagine what a few summers and winters will add to that. That just irks me. Indy's crown is doing that now.

It's like a modern farmhouse with exposed wood strips for a partial facade. Just feels disposable.

The lightning is nice (I couldn't get a good picture). I know that people are unhappy with the garage, and I agree, but I really like the crown's copper accents.

No matter what angle or lighting, this paneling looks so terribly fugly. And it will only get worse with age.

Great updates indeed. This one would look pretty nice if it weren’t for the garage screening. Even if it was “dented” more so it would look better.

I really don't get the hate on this building. I think the panels look good, though, I'm not so crazy about the holes in them. I wonder if anyone ever has a good idea about what a good parking garage facade looks like.

What in the hell were they thinking with that metal paneling? Looks like tacked on sheet metal you’d find on a slum house.
