Walked by today and it's so, so slim in person. It's really amazing, tbh. Great proof of concept if anyone else who owns a slice of Congress wanted to go high, too.
You gotta love the aesthetics of that block. I feel like it's one of the most interesting in downtown. And, hey, 823 Congress might not look so out of place once this is finished.

Yep, it really does continue things up Congress. Hopefully someday we see this usually quiet part of Congress tie in with the old bakery/Capital/North Congress Mall.
Looks like something you would see in Tokyo. Love it.
Totally! I am absolutely in love with this and it hasn't even really begun to take shape. I think this shows we absolutely need more projects like this
