To change the title: 84 and 74 floors and to put these towers in the Highrise & Supertall Proposals.

For me it's never been clear how far the metal parts of the facade will extrude out from teh windows. Now that I know that, I'm liking this design much more. It's always been a bit unclear what the facade design was for this but now it feels much more like Gehry to me.

To be clear it's the shorter, 262m / 862ft tower under construction right now.

This thing has been moving so slowly I was afraid it was stopped.

Super exciting to see it rising. This is definitely the most architecturally significant tower building built in Canada in my fine opinion!

Everything moves slowly in Toronto, or at least seems to (Don't even ask Torontonians about the ridiculous Eglinton LRT, which is 5 years overdue). I suspect it's that way everywhere there are prudent safety regulations, but for people like me with little patience, it can be a drag. Unless he becomes a centenarian, I doubt Gehry will see the completion of this tower, much less the taller second one, assuming it goes ahead.

The location has very little staging area. Look at the stacks of rebar on the top deck. I can imagine restrictions on deliveries at times of the day.
