It covers a large area so details are difficult to see, but there are many recent changes around Spring Garden Road -- the Trillium tower, the All Saints building, LSRI, and the City Centre Atlantic Addition. Unfortunately this was taken before the library crane went up, but the library and Sister Site developments would obviously have a big impact on this view.
Something else the photo shows is how much of a difference the Citadel Hotel redevelopment will make, particularly if it is paired with the development planned for the Trinity site at Brunswick and Cogswell. We might also soon see the Drum condos under construction one block up. Decent buildings and more activity around Cogswell will make it much easier to "fix" that end of the downtown if and when the interchange comes down.
As usual, we can also see the big wound that is the empty Nova Centre site.
