This is the Physical Sciences building prelim rendering. Start proj. 7/07, finished by fall 2010. Note the glass canopy off of Clark Hall, which is about seven floors. Good economically (facility management and faculty should increase employment numbers with a new building), but in terms of height, a total bust.
Meanwhile, I'm trying to access the board minutes on the city's website, but it-keeps-freezing-UP!
EDIT: Okay, the physSci building is as follows (from the meeting agenda)
-one sub level, five regular floors, and a mechanical penthouse. Boo.
As for the 4-story apartment building, it's a Jagat Sharma design, to have 12 2-bedroom units, and 4 4-bedroom units, laundry and gym space. It is to replace a 3-story, multi-family house.
