Architecturally, that "Aqua" is making quite a splash, people are just drinking it up, but what kind of drips buy a condo there? You gotta be pretty washed up to do that. The people that are buying them are clearly getting soaked too, although not all their money is going down the drain.

I love the look of the building from this angle, and the way the white balconies jut out from the dark mass of the building. I don't know if it's the shape or the thinness of the balconies, but they have a retro Jetsons sort of vibe that works. Like, this is how buildings of the future are "supposed" to look. Or something.

Sorry if this has been posted before, but has anyone noticed the extra floor height with the middle floor in the picture? It seems to be around floor 15 or 16. It's on the render, but seems to be the only one with extra height.
