Yes indeed. I think we have seen some awesome things happen in NY in the past 10 years as far as tall skyscrapers and adding 270 Park Ave makes it even better because it is the best of the new. We aren't worthy enough of how good it will look when fully cladded.

I know this has likely been mentioned before, but I do not doubt that the diamonds, while also a key structural element, were inspired or requested for inclusion because they cement the legacy of Jamie Diamond in no unsublte way. But I'm still there for them, either way.

There was a 3d construction visual of the tower that was quickly deleted off Youtube. The thumbnail had shown that the cladding will be halfway up the fourth tier by October, I presume they could have the very top clad by January 2025

i was riding the J train over the w’burgh bridge yesterday and whoa does this tower look mammoth from that view. you couldn’t help but notice.
