What people get excited about is their own business. It’s nice that people gave some goals that they aspire to, unlike the left wing libtards and their having to put down anything related to an individual’s financial success in order to cover up their own failures.

Like holy completely fucking boring.

Is it me or does this new home a downgrade rather than an upgrade? I like the old one better.

It hasn't gone suburban. Take a look around you and you'll see there are updates fro downtown, including some from today. Even the talk about houses are in the downtown area. I'm guessing with you being in Toronto, anything that isn't a 60 storey condo tower is suburban.

From today.

Nobody in Toronto can afford a single family home so apartment discussion is where it’s at. The concept of single family homes is foreign to them. It’s something they only see in the movies.

Sadly you aren't exaggerating. The average price in Toronto is around 600K. A single family home in a crappy area is more than that.

This place is 649K

This is what a $1Million will buy you.

Wow, that's quite expensive. The first house for 649K would actually be in line with a shoe box type house in inner city Calgary. The other two are way up there, close to Vancouver prices.

I actually don't mind most of these houses. It's the last tow I don't care for, especially the last one. It looks like Mar-a-lago.

A modern style, but not the typical modern style, it's got that extra zest to it.

A nice elegant simple home

Ultra modern with some flair

Fortress like

Estate like

I would definitely get bored of the houses that are out on an acreage or out in the burbs. The ones in Crescent Hill or Mount Royal I could live in. Kind of a bit big for my tastes, but I could do it.

Not all condos are tiny. There are penthouses on some of the highrise towers that are huge, and worth more than the homes along Crescent Road.

The ones that are huge are very rare, and cost a lot more as you mentioned. It doesn’t make any sense, why would someone spend money on a penthouse in a neighbourhood where you have to steo over needles and homeless people when they can have a beautiful detatchrd home in a beautiful neighbourhood like Rosedale for less money.

This pic is awesome. The best I've seen here on this thread in a long time. The shadows really add feeling and mood to the photo. Keep up the great work Daemon.

I do like what they are doing with the windows on this place. I wish more houses went with large windows like this.

Snd then to get another punch in the face when then they get hit with a special assessment fee later on. But hey it’s all about the lifestyle.
