I'm glad this is taking up the entire block. It will take up more land and make it necessary for others to build taller as a result, and it will act to create some space between it and the next building of any decent height.

Not sure why this thread hasn't been updated in almost 3 weeks (I would have done more but was out of town on business). There are already about 18 first floor columns completed and a very deep pit has been dug so far.

Once I get more settled in, I'll do my best to post more updates on projects around town. I truly appreciated all the updates other forum members contributed while living away from San Antonio for many years. Suppose it's my turn to pay that back.

Dang... they are MOVING! Awesome! The parking garage will be the slowest portion for sure. After that, this thing will zoom up.

It seems as though there is only one crane for this building. I would think they would need at least two or three. Are there plans for more than one?

I saw a base for a second crane on the N. Main at Travis side of the project.
