That's literally the worst alley. There are huge potholes there. I've hit them in accident before. Not fun.

I'm actually car-less up in North Loop, but my wife does have one that I use a few times per week. Probably will eventually buy a used pickup if prices ever become reasonable again... I could not justify the purchase based on 2022 prices.

Yes, that was a new discovery by Urbannizer. The camera link has been added to the list of webcams in the sticky thread for webcams and development links.

It looks like the parking garage is done and work on the residential floors or amenity has begun. This may top out before Vesper. Whatever they are doing there.

The one redeeming quality this behemoth has, is that the parking podium is built with flat floor plates instead of the usual corkscrew. So there's at least a *chance* of repurposing those in the (far) future to non-auto storage.

The 700 River construction HQ has moved from the 62 East Ave parcel to the triangle that had been used for the Rainey Substation construction HQ and parking.
