Do we know for sure that both are going up at the same time? If so, this may be the biggest single residential project in Ottawa's history (Zibi and LeBreton as a whole being a series of projects over many decades).
Can we take in that building behind in the renders is expected to be just as tall or a bit taller. That is something I am looking forward to!!! (edit: I just realized that could be the 55 floor Claridge building, so it will definitely be taller).
These towers and the Greyhound lot are legit my favourite ones coming up now (and Granite CC). I'm amped for this year and the next!!

Marriot Renaissance is half apartments and is starting while Releve is still being built, and it's all part of one masterplan, so that's another contender.

I thought the 55 floor Claridge building on the east flat was reduced to 45 some years ago??
Wow is that view ever gonna change, 120m is gonna look massive!
Albert is gonna feel like a whole different city.
Are there really towers being planned for the south side of the recently realigned section of Albert St? I’ve been wondering what will happen to that space/the decommissioned stretch of road.

For what it's worth - in the Lebreton Master Plan it's marked as part of the Middle Phase - which is referred to as the second decade of the plan here: https://ncc-website-2.s3.amazonaws.c...ept-Plan-1.pdf - on page 106 and 107.
