I saw it from the Alex Fraser Bridge the other day and those big frames make it noticeable, but disrupt the lines of the tower.
For an oval tower, it's strangely assymmetrical.

They finished building small portions of the “5 acre” park. Looks quite nice

Looks great - although it appears to be very much unsold. I wonder if they even hit 30%?

Somebody on reddit claiming to be working on Southgate said all future developments are on hold due to the market. Is this true?

I would say it’s a big higher than that. Move-ins are still happening everyday but looking at the balconies, I would say there’s furniture for around 50% of the units so far. If I were to estimate, I think it’s around 50% sold, there are definitely a lot of units unsold.
