I actually like it alot assuming that isn't just a giant parkade up top lol.

Reminds me of the Radisson parking fortress.

Tbf it'd be one of the nicer parkades in this city though.

those round things were stairs and elevators for for the building.

it was designed as apartments and offices if i remember corectly
it was a proposal by the same group thats curently building a building on sherbrook
