Heading to vote right after work. Voting in regional elections. However since there were enough to get my disaproval, I have a list of who I will not vote for and that makes it easy for who gets my X.

We need good regional councils that can work effectivly with the New Edmonton council and Mayor.

It'll be McKeen, Janz for me in Ward 6.

In terms of Mayor, still haven't decided if I vote strategically (Iveson) or for who would really be the best Mayor (Leibovici).

I'll know in the booth.

Iveson, McKeen and Janz for me!

Just voted earlier this morning before I went to buy some stuff out of my local Safeway. That way, I don't have to deal with the late afternoon/early evening rush.

Stopped by the PCCL hall after work to see how things were going... will echo the sentiments of the thread over on C2E that the process is as valuable as the outcome. Steady stream of people walking over to cast their votes, then lingering to chat and experience the activity in the neighborhood. Campaign volunteers obviously very posting signs for their candidates in the immediate vicinity.. which is great... we'll abscond those signs later for re-use for our annual garage sale

Ward 11 here. Voted the Iveson-Bitar ticket. No school trustee to vote in.

Iveson leading so far with over 50% of the vote.

Bitar is currently 2nd in Ward 11.

What an acceptance speech by Iveson...are u kidding me WOW!

So proud to be an Edmontonian. Our city, I believe is going to get to a new level in the next 4 years.

Yeah...Nickle better better play ball...or I will email him to the 10th power!!

What is most encouraging to me, is Edmonton is really starting to show its progressiveness.... I think we have Mandel to thank for that. This city has done almost a complete 180 since he was elected. Glad to see the momentum really starting to take off.
