They've installed some of the windows! They look slick. Combination of black frames and white/silver frames and aluminum accents. Will grab a photo this afternoon.

Upon closer inspection, the lighter frames are more of a gunmetal colour, with two tones of glass (silvery and a darker black) and the darker frames to the right have frosted blue glass in them.

Thanks for the pics and update. I'm surprised the windows are going in already.

I know they sometimes get ahead of the upper floors, but they haven't started on the tower portion and they already have windows going in. That seems a bit ahead of schedule for the window installation. Are they planning on having the lower floors ready and active before the tower and condos are finished?

glassed-in parking garage...thank goodness. No more open-air garages looking like crap.

Doesn't even show broken images - just shows lack of pictures entirely.

This is what my screen looks like (zoomed out so everything fits on the page)

as you can see, no images show up.

I should add that the image I just linked I can see - I heard sometimes the website has issues showing png files, maybe that's it? I am using chrome.

Perhaps I don't have access to wherever you are linking them from originally - one reason I take all my pics and upload them to imgur and link them from there.

saw this building today....looks very sharp. Reflective glass, nice frames. This will stand out nicely on the skyline assuming they stick with the approved plans and keep the same materials all the way up.

They seem to have stalled at the top of the podium for a couple of weeks. No movement on the tower section it seems.

Perhaps we are in line for handsome parking garage .... do recall however 140 Main would have large gaps in construction pacing - eventually got there

took a look through the materials legend for this building, and the clear glass installed on the left side in the pics above is the same glass that will be used on the majority of the tower. The black glass will only be used in a few spots on the lower floors of the tower in vertical lines.

This building is such a 'wait and see' for me, but I like that glass with the black trim.

already way better than the tower across the street. Had he built the first tower like this, it would be a great block of urbanism downtown. Hopefully this one turns out stunning and detracts from the beige nonsense across the street.
