Question: Why are we all lurking and nobody is posting anything?

Awesome...that still stands as my favorite video game of all time. Now you have me wanting to play it again! I think I only finished it 3 times back in the day.

I had to download it from the PS Network, the stupid PS3 slim has no backwards compatibility. But it was very much worth the 10 dollars

I'm nowhere near finished the game (haven't even made it to the Temple of the Ancients yet), but once I'm done I think I'll step back and buy Final Fantasy VI. Playing Madden can only go so far, I need some sort of adventure in my life

Same thing is happening in the Halifax forum ... I did the compilation (development projects) list update last night and we went from an average of 12-15 updates per week last month to 6 this week (and at least one was a old correction and not a real update).

The reason seems to be two fold; the standard one is there is simply no new information. New projects for 2013 tend to be introduced starting in March (hoping for a fall start). No existing projects break ground in the winter so while we get weekly updates they tend to look the same for a long time.

Oh and I doubt St. John's has this problem but right now at least three threads in our forum have been high-jacked by our resident ranter!

Yes, we have a "resident ranter" on the Moncton (and NB) threads too. I find that whenever he posts, usually activity drops subsequently for the next few days at least. He's a real party poop.

As for your other points, I think this seasonal drop in posting activity is mostly due to the winter doldrums. Once the shovels hit the ground in the springtime, things will pick up.....

We can't be rolling at full steam 12 months out of the year Winter blows big time. Thankfully this thread gives us an opportunity to talk about all things non-development until something comes up.

Speaking of off-topic things: anyone watching the Superbowl tomorrow evening? I'm currently on my way out to pick up nacho supplies and a case of beer. Go 49ers

I'll need to know the political views of everyone affiliated with both teams before I decide who to support.

Kidding.

Cruise NL

Stumbled across this page earlier, didn't know it existed. Look at Sept 8-11 for St. John's. There will be over 7,000 people visit the city over those 3 days.

Oh man, I was stoked to see the Ravens win it. I really enjoyed the game. Was down at the Sundance with the K-Rock BudBowl. Great time.

And Signal, I was at Yuk Yuks on Friday. What'd you think of Erin Foley?
