I was beginning to think it never would. I don't know how they managed that financially, must have been a burden on either the tenant or landlord (whoever took the rent hit).

I can't believe they finally opened. Is it a small overpriced organic grocery store?

I want to say that's a Strata unit.
Sounds like the business was covering the losses.

From what I understand, they are a start up, probably money to burn.
