
Yes, they started that bridge about 3 months ago. Unfortunately, it isn't much. From what I can tell, they are going to only cross the small 'ring street' that goes around the mall (which is only 30 feet wide anyway), and then have the bridge stop and spit out any pedestrians at the end of the parking lot. I hope they at least put in a sidewalk that goes along a row of parking to the mall, but I'm not holding my breath.
At least they crossed the street with a bridge rather than painting some crosswalk stripes and putting a spiral staircase up along the 30-foot concrete wall there...
