Not bored anymore, Skyliner. Drove through Acadia today seeing how it's right down Highway 153 from my house. Progress is really coming along. I'll go back out there tomorrow and take some pics. Here is a gallery that is now on their website: http://www.acadiasc.com/gallery.html

Great to see Greenville with so much activity. A city on the rise both literally and figuratively. Good stuff.

Pinnacle on Main groundbreaking was supposed to be yesterday, but has been rescheduled to the second week of January to accomodate a "special celebrity" that would like to see the groundbreaking.

Yeah, I couldn't break free yesterday, but I promise I'll make in a couple of weeks.

^^^I knew it was you. You couldn't hide it from me.

-I'm guessing the celebrity is a person who bought one of the penthouses.

It was to be yesterday (28) but was rescheduled to accommodate a special celebrity guest who wants to be part of ceremony. Right now, 2nd week in Jan. dependent on his schedule and the weather, since it will be an unusual ceremony.

Hey guys, don't know if you've seen it, but KCgridlock has posted some of his aerials of Greenville in the city photos section. Gorgeous pics.

Activity being low on this forum is not really an accurate indication of the level of activity in Greenville. We've been hearing more good news about upcoming developments. Hope to post more details soon!

One bit of recent info is that Greenville has been experiencing a higher rate of growth than in recent years, despite those years being great for growth.

If you live in Greenville pick up a copy of the Greenville Journal and turn to page 39 and read the main business story. If not, I will type up the story and post it on here tomorrow. Unfortunately, the story is not on the internet. Also, I will be posting many update pics and information soon that involve new and on going developments throughout the Greenville metro area.

Thanks g-man. Do you happen to know anything about the number of condos they are going to do at the Peacock and how much they are going to ask for them?

TownBuilder, go to http://www.98eastmcbee.com/ for information regarding condo sales at the Peacock Hotel and Spa. If you have any more information about this project or the Pinnacle on Main just ask me. Here is a recent pic I took showing how many condo units are left for sale out of 12:
