Exterior concrete finishing crew are now working on painting the exterior concrete on the west side.

Not sure why they are still working on the exterior concrete finishing and painting on this building at this late date. They go days at a time with no work happening during some of the best weather. Still have major strips on the west side yet to finish and the podium base fronting King St.

Such an ugly building. A shame this was approved. Zedd did a terrible job on this imo

I will say it's a weird looking building depending on which angle you are viewing it. As I drive down Wharncliffe at Commissioner's it looks ok and adds some height and density to the skyline.

Landscapers have already planted some trees and grass on the York Street entrance side and installed the walkway with lighting.

great location and great density, but the execution was unfortunately disappointing. yeah, take the win, though.
