^ not your imagination. I think Coldrsx has speculated that a condo tower may appear here some years into the future!

The 'proposed' tower is located just slightly more towards the east. The podium would be demolished and reconstructed. I believe that larger convention / meeting room space would be added / relocated for the hotel.

It will be interesting to see if this ever takes off, it was a really cool design.
