Thanks for the updates. Harbourplaza is bordering on tacky, but I like it, and Ten York looks utterly ordinary so far.

Even an "ordinary" or "mediocre" look will be sufficient, because of its height, which will elevate it to a greater status than most other condos.

Height removes anonymity so it's much more important for tall towers to strive for architectural excellence. Then again, height is a building specification in my books.

Harbour plaza and 1 york will be pretty addition to our skyline.
So i approve them.
They are better designed than 90% of condos built there.

I agree that the taller the tower, the better it should look, or at least, the more the developer should spend on making it look good... something like that anyways. It boils down to the fact that taller buildings are noticed more by the ordinary public. They should be "better" than ordinary buildings. Of course, 'good looking' is an extremely individual term, and everyone has their likes and dislikes...

Hi , i made a quick tribute to the magnificent One bloor.
It one of the best skyscrapers in our nation.
I m so glad this skyscraper exist and give me more pride of Toronto.
