It's not perfect, but it's certainly better than just more suburban sprawl.
As I've said, its greatest potential is as a starting point for more organic development of the greater North Burnet/Gateway area.
I've certainly never had any problems walking it, though. And there may be 10 stop signs in the _entire_ development.
It's actually fairly well-grided, at a pedestrian scale (though sometimes that requires walking through stores, like Dick's).
