Yep, Chicago YIMBY has some great pictures, including some from Scott, the crane operator.

The RAMSA-designed One Bennett Park and setbacks of 400 N LSD give that view a bit of a Manhattan vibe to the skyline.

Long-time follower, first-time poster, but just thought everyone might like to see the progress today (2/21) from a bit of a different angle, looking northeast from our balcony at Aqua.

Knew this day would come sooner than later...and still wish this building was 200-300 ft taller, but that's how it is.

Any thoughts as to how much taller the crown will be? Maybe another 30 feet beyond the core?

Another 20-30 feet is probably a good guess for the mechanical and crown.

I’m still a fan of this building. However, it looks chunky, more height, lower setbacks, or a smaller foundation could have made it a lot better.

The previous design had exactly that, with the east stairstep setbacks cascading lower, an it had a more dynamic look to it; not sure why it was altered. Still looks great to me…maybe they do something similar with the south tower…
