This is by far my favorite building in NYC. It's my 2nd favorite in this country, behind Sears Tower. If this thing was taller than Sears it might be my favorite

It means that’s the company event space. Nothing more.
What type of events would they have up there. Also, will they have tours to these floors for the public that have to be prebooked like the top floors of the Turning Torso in Malmo or the Devon Energy Center in Oklahoma City.

I know this is off topic, but only by a few blocks - would there be any new info about 175 Park Ave? I'm thinking that once the demolition begins on the hotel a new thread will be started? Thank you -

That wasn't added post build. And this tower doesn't have the infrastructure below for public access to an observation deck.
