I miss the old Streetcam on earthcam website....
you would think with this EPIC construction site and all
the office building nearby WE would have more CAMS.
Are parts of the shopping mall open in Tower 4???

Last time I checked the MTA website they had it's projected opening date at May 1, 2078, but I could be thinking of the PA's estimated date at getting around to fixing the leaking air con condensers at the bus terminal. You can never be too sure with these pesky agencies.

The Dey Street Concourse @ B2 level is opening along with the PATH Hall and B2 corridors in December. Fulton Center will also be open by then.

The Port Authority recently shared this photo of the work on the transit hall. I really hope that staircase is temporary because right now it looks like it's got a support column going right through it (much like the current temporary platform's main staircase)

^That was the first thing I saw as well. Fear not, no architect in the world would intentionally place that column there.

But the PA is in charge of this project. Don't underestimate how stupid they are.

Its just an illusion. The column is next to the stairs, not through them.

Isn't the column also temporary? It's supposed to be some kind of massive clear span across the mezzanine space, having a column would defeat the purpose.

The PATH Hall is a giant open space. If there wasn't a few columns, the whole place would collapse.

Right, let Port Authority doing their job. That's not your job. Don't be bossy around. You are not the boss.

^Nice update on 3WTC. Looks like they've got only 3 more rafters to hang on the south side of the Hub, as well as only 3 left to go on the North side. They're also about 15% complete with either a white primer or the final coat on the rafters, per the webcam!
