Wouldn't have needed much more height and it would have been a standout on the skyline.

Obviously this thing is already built, but what type of impact does Meta/Facebook losing 2/3 it’s value have on expecting them to remain as the major tenant?

Not much...They've executed a lease agreement. They're locked-in. However, they could possibly pay a hefty penalty and get out of it early.

Good friend works for Meta. Definitely not breaking the lease and they had huge talent acquisition with Austin. Not going away anytime soon.

I think that’s the “roof” level, which would be the beginning of the crown.
