Crane Up

I went to the laser wash on Braker yesterday and saw a crane that appeared to be for Brockton? Anyone confirm this?

Also, is there a snowball's chance in hell the Wilson thing will happen in this economy?

To provide an update, which is that there is none? Also, there seems to be a lot of turnover at the ABJ, at least I noticed that for the real estate column... so maybe there was a different reporter on the RE beat last year?

Ah, I don't ever have full access which is why I've been unaware of their information being redundant. I'll hold back on posting links from them.

I'll mention an address when I know it. Or the cross streets even. Otherwise, a quick search of the name should reel it up for anyone interested in learning more. Thanks to our ancient forum mobile uploads take a bit more work. Enjoy the pics

Buildings 902, 904 and 906 at the northern end of Uptown ATX will be renovated, totaling around 500,000 square feet, Sweeney previously said, and work on one of them will begin this year.
Sweeney did not specify which of the three buildings — all built in 1990, according to Travis Central Appraisal District — will be renovated first, but did state that it was vacant.
Of the three buildings that share an address of 11501 Burnet Road — they range from about 147,000 to 149,000 square feet, according to TCAD — building 902 is the only one Brandywine lists as having all of its office space available on its website, indicating that will be the first building to be renovated."

Demo imminent with renderings on the banner—anyone up to taking a closer look? This is being developed by Wilson Capital so I wouldn’t get too excited until actual construction starts.
Wilson Capitol now has the site up for sale. The now-cancelled project was named "The Jacob", 28-stories and 307 units. Renderings inside the brochure.

Nepo-baby pretty much "yes." Though they have in fact been the developer for a fair number of projects. Wilson Capital isn't exactly Endeavor, but I also wouldn't say they are on the level of World Class Capital or Sutton Company when it comes to vaporware.

New hotel, retail planned for The Domain

The upscale lifestyle hotel will anchor a highly visible site at the North MoPac Expressway and West Braker Lane intersection.
