That much is true, the antenna won't be as visible from the base. It's so sad, tragic really, that what was to be the centerpiece of this redevelopment has been reduced to this.
On the skyline, it looks like a giant shish kebab thrown on top. It looks out of place because it is out of place. I'm sure they could have come up with something better had it been
meant to be visible from the beginning. However, the momentum was moving forward, and the parties involved couldn't give a rat's a$$ how the thing looked, just so that it
was built, shaving off as much costs as possible. Durst is building a broadcasting empire, that's all that matters on that end. Ironically, I think the tower the broadcasters planned
for themselvs looked better.
