Just saw a sign for Metric Living at the corner of Royal Oak and Imperial. There's not much on their site but according to the city it's four stories with retail on the ground floor (just like the building next door).

Nice pics. The units facing west on Minoru Park will have a fantastic view! I think the area has 5 buildings, 2 of which is for senior housing facing Minoru Blvd.

Thanks for sharing officedweller. GBL does a fantastic job with covering their projects on social media and posting high-quality renderings etc., wish we could see more architects and developers do the same.

I'm a fan of a lot of the towers in Richmond but Carerra is not one of them. They went up incredibly fast and are very cheap looking.

I believe the two towers with blue trim in whatnext's photo are the Kiwanis towers containing subsidized seniors' housing. But yes, while better than those, even the market Carerra towers are lacking in design development.
