WYSE TOWER, DARTMOUTH, NOVA SCOTIA - 84M - 27 FL

This is one of the taller buildings under construction in Dartmouth right now. The unique factor for this project is it's location next to the iconic MacDonald Bridge. There are three 30-storey buildings starting construction on the other side of the bridge which will create a brand new skyline.

In the second photo (taken from the bridge deck) you can see three other construction sites of 16 floors, 10 floors, and 7 floors. There is an approved development agreement for another 30 floors about where the construction trailer is located.

Don’t often pay a compliment to G+C designs but this trio turned out nice (maybe Tridel deserves the credit ;-).

The renderings gave little indication how great the glazing/cladding would be.

While the tower materials are a disappointment, the massing is great and this really appears to soar beyond it’s 62 storey height.

I'm not sure where to post this, Canada's Wonderland announced its new coaster for 2025 yesterday, and though it's been under construction since early March not much was known about it until yesterday's announcement.

That didn't last long for Playland to have the fastest launch coaster in Canada.
