Cladding looks pretty good. Not quite sure what to make of it. It's certainly interesting. The glass itself looks fantastic. Not too blue. I'd imagine the glass/orange areas are no less expensive than a full glass curtain wall but hopefully they'll look cooler.

Originally I didn't know how I felt about this design, even when it was supposed to be over 400 feet. Now, I really like how the cladding looks along with the mass. And now I'm sad it's not going to be over 400 feet

Same. This is one of the few cases I can think of where the building looks better than the renders. It's very well done.

Crane Jump!

TK, perfect placement on the skyline width from Cuthbert Blvd in NJ. Too bad it's not the original design of 400 +, but great infill.

My recent shot was not from Cuthbert, but pretty close. Unless you're specifically talking about the tower now in view from Cuthbert

A New High...

That's wonderful news on the height TK. Was over there today and the height of the crane is well, well above the 372ft of East Market. If you're ever in Cherry Hill, check out the view on Cuthbert, over the Cooper River, near the Double Tree hotel. It's a great view of the skyline "width," and this building is perfectly placed.

Trust me, that's a spot I already have marked on my map with more spots I'm sure people don't know. However I should go back to that spot, I haven't got shots from there since January

Okay, if the architect says the tower is 398' then it makes sense to go for that I guess because they would know.

If the tower will be 398' that means it will essentially be the same height as Jefferson Tower (formerly the Aramark Building) however without the Jefferson sign on top; that will make it very prominent in the overall skyline of the city.

The 76ers tower appears, at least in the conceptual renderings, to be the same height. It looks like around 400 feet is the default height for that area.
